We offer a safe and tested curriculum taught by professional drivers with at least 10 years experience in this field. Who can better teach the skills that are required than someone who depends on them for a livelihood? The owner is Michael Phelps. He has a passion for teaching and over 30 years experience as a professional, paid driver. Mr. Phelps has driven busloads of students over Santiam Pass in winter snowstorms and also taught Driver Education in Salem for 2 years. As an instructor Mr. Phelps logs thousands of miles each  year as a FULL TIME driving trainer. This business is not a part time hobby for him.

In 2007 455 people died,and 27,849 were injured in 44,162 reported crashes in the state of Oregon. Salem counted 2,168 REPORTED crashes. Most of these statistics were preventable and very few were accidents.A large number of collisions go unreported, and many people die later of injuries incurred in wrecks.
